Trading accounts can take up to 24 hours to be approved, although you can check the status of your account via the client dashboard under “Trading Account” section.

Baazex require a utility bill (except mobile) or bank statement dated within the last six months. Alternatively, you can also provide the valid Driving License or any document issued by the Government mentioning your address. Please note that the document which is uploaded for the proof of ID cannot be used for Proof of Residency and vice versa.

Baazex offers MetaTrader 5 client terminal to traders which you can download by clicking here. Before installing MT5, please make sure that your PC is not running any other version of the MetaTrader 5 client terminal to avoid any inconvenience.

At Baazex we just require our clients to provide their basic information. Once the required information with valid documents is provided, the account is verified. Live Trading account is approved and we provide login credentials within few hours and clients can start trading after the deposit.

For account opening you do not need to spend any money. Once, you have live trading account opened, only then you can proceed with deposit to fund your trading account.

However, there is no minimum requirement, but we recommend you to deposit as low as $100. To avoid high risk associated with low investment, we highly recommend to deposit at least $10,000.

There are plenty of options available for you when you need to fund your trading account. All you need to do is to login to your “Client Dashboard” and go to “Deposits” section to use any of the available options.

You can submit withdrawal request by logging into “Client Dashboard” and navigate to Withdraw section. You need to register your Payment Processor Method before so that you can use this method to get your withdrawal.

The Forex trading hours are 24 hours per day, opening on Sunday at 2200 GMT and closing on Friday at 2200 GMT.

The chart is based on the Bid price, by default. A Buy position is opened with the Ask price and closed with the Bid price. You have to add the spread on the Bid price to find the Ask price. Therefore the difference in price is due to the spread.

However, you can add the Ask price in the chart by right-clicking on the chart, click on “Properties” in the pop-up menu and then making a tick against “Show ask price line” option in “Show” tab.

Order only gets Stop-Out when the margin level (Equity/Used Margin) of the trading account goes below 30%. This result in triggering a stop-out and your positions will start closing; starting from the most unprofitable.

This error happens when a trading platform is given an additional instruction before it has completed an earlier instruction. This can happen in cases where there have been multiple mouse clicks or a hyperactive Expert Advisor.

When there is high volatility in the market, prices are rapidly changing. Under this scenario, we need to offer our clients the new latest market price. In such a case, clients can either accept the new requoting or just reject the new price and cancel the execution of the transaction.

Another possible reason for getting re-quotes could be the possibility of having a slow or bad internet connection which can delay the transmission of orders; implying that on your trading platform you are viewing old prices instead of current market prices.

Our MT5 platform at Baazex supports such functionalities. Please be aware that trading operations using additional functions on your client terminal such as Trailing Stop or Expert Advisor are executed completely under your responsibility, as they depend directly on your client trading terminal.

Please be aware that when Take Profit is set on a long position, it is placed above the prevailing market price. As a result, if you place a Take Profit order after you open a position when it is already making a loss, the take profit will act as a stop loss and your position will be closed with a loss.

Your pending order will be deleted from the system if the free margin (Equity – Used Margin) is not enough to cover the margin required for opening the specified pending order.

The balance illustrates your closed positions’ Profit/Loss while the Equity is the real time calculation of Profit/Loss i.e. taking into account both open and closed positions.

If any such thing happens, ensure that you are entering the correct minimum volume for that specific financial instrument.

Please note that Sell positions are closed with the Ask (Buy) price. The price chart shows is the Bid (Sell) price which is lower than the Ask price. You need to add the spread to the price that you see in the chart in order to get the Ask price. Therefore, you must make sure that the market price really reached the Take Profit price.

Please note that we are using fractional pips pricing in order for the client to benefit from rounding. Instead of 4 decimal places, we use 5 and therefore the 10 you see is actually 1.0 pip.

On Wednesdays, the charge that applies is triple the regular swap. This is made in order to take the weekend into account.

Please note that Demo accounts have a 30-day expiry period after the last login. Ensure that you are using the correct password and have selected the correct trading server.

At the time of market opening and closing as date changes, all products have very low liquidity in the market. Due to this, spreads gets higher, sometimes.
