Deposit Bonus

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Company has the right to amend, alter or terminate this 50% Deposit Bonus Promotion at its sole discretion, and at any time without notice
2. The 50% Deposit Bonus cannot be applied on internal transfers between the trading accounts of a client
3. The leverage of the underlying account will prevail
4. The bonus for each deposit is considered a separate bonus
5. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms will be resolved by the Company Management in a fair manner
6. The Company reserves the right to refuse offerings of 50% Deposit Bonus at its sole discretion without the need to provide justification
7. The Company will not liable for any stop outs or any consequences that result out of Bonus Cancellation and/or Removal
8. If the Company suspects that a Client has abused or attempted to abuse the promotion, or otherwise acted with a lack of good faith towards us, then the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny, withhold or withdraw from that Client’s trading account the 50% Deposit Bonus and if necessary to cancel any terms and conditions with respect to the Client, either temporarily or permanently or terminate that Client’s access to the service and/or block that Client’s Account
9. 50% Deposit Bonus cannot be transferred between, or from Eligible Clients’ trading accounts within the Company
10. 50% Deposit Bonus shall not be credited in case account’s equity is less than your bonus amount
11. 50% Deposit Bonus will be credited to your trading account
    For Example: If a Client deposits USD 1000 into the trading account and requests for the bonus to be applied, a 50% Deposit Bonus credit of USD 500 will be credited to the trading account, effectively magnifying the Client’s equity
12. There is no limit of deposit bonus amount in the account. Thus client can have unlimited bonus funds in an account
13. The 50% Deposit Bonus is CASHABLE and will be added in your balance as you complete the target lots. This means that the bonus can be in your ownership after successfully completing the trading of target lots
14. The bonus shall be credited into your account and locked until the target volume requirements are met. After the required volume is completed, the bonus will be deducted from your credit and simultaneously added into your balance. Thus, making you the owner of the bonus amount and you can withdraw it without any restriction.
15. It is required to trade (bonus amount)/2 (bonus amount divided by two) standard lots to be able to withdraw a bonus
16. Volume calculation starts from the first bonus and continues consecutively. This means that you can't withdraw later bonuses before you trade the required volume for the first bonus, and so on. The volume calculation starts from the moment the bonus is requested. The volume for each deposit is calculated separately
    For Example: You made a $100 deposit on Monday and started trading. On Wednesday you claimed 50% bonus. Volume calculation for your bonus starts from Wednesday, any volume traded before Wednesday will not be included. It is advised to claim a bonus right after your deposit is added to your trading account
17. The bonus can be withdrawn ONLY if by the moment of lots calculation the bonus is still present in the account. If a Client had traded the required volume, but the bonus has already been canceled, it would not be added or compensated
18. In case the client’s equity reaches or falls below the total deposit bonus, all the deposit bonus will cancelled from the client’s account
19. The Company will not be held liable for any losses that may be incurred as a result of the removal of the Deposit Bonus received by a Client due to a client’s equity reached or falls below the level of the deposit bonus
20. If the account’s equity upon withdrawal/internal transfer becomes less than or equal to the deposit bonus amount, all deposit bonus will be cancelled
21. If the client’s own funds (full or partial) are withdrawn after the bonus has been claimed, the total deposit bonus from the account will be canceled
    For Example: If you deposit $1000 to your account, receive $500 deposit bonus and then withdraw $100, bonus will be cancelled. However, if you make profit you can withdraw the profit made anytime and it will not affect your bonus
22. A client can cancel deposit bonus at any time. Once deposit bonus is cancelled, it can't be reinstated
23. The Company will not be held liable for any losses that may be incurred as a result of the removal of the Deposit Bonus received by a Client due to a withdrawal
24. Any Deposit Bonus amount received and/or removed counts towards the cumulative Bonus amount, a client can avail
25. The Deposit Bonus can only be applied to the account for which the bonus has been approved and bonus amounts received cannot be transferred between a Client’s trading accounts
26. The Deposit Bonus promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion in any given account. In case the client wishes to combine more than one promotion in one account, the client may make a request in writing with full details of the combination he desires. The final decision on this matter rests with Baazex, and we may in our sole discretion permit or decline such a request
27. If the Company suspects or has reason to believe that a Client has abused the Terms and Conditions of this 50% Deposit Bonus Program by hedging his positions internally (using other trading accounts held with Company) or externally (using other trading accounts held with other brokers), or using any other combination that offers the client a risk-free trading opportunity, then the Company reserves the right, at its absolute discretion and without obtaining the Client’s consent, to remove the Deposit Bonus from the Client’s trading account(s) or from his profitable hedged accounts with immediate effect. All profits made from such trading activity shall also be removed from the client account along with the bonus funds. Any losses made in the account(s) shall be deducted from the client’s funds on deposit
28. If the company has reason to believe that a user is in violation of the terms of the promotion and/or abusing/misusing the terms of the bonus, the company shall inform the user in writing of the said violation and may exercise remedies including but not limited to: Cancellation of the Deposit Bonus and any profits made in the account while the bonus funds were in the account, with immediate effect, removal of the Deposit Bonus, profits made using this bonus funds and a closure of the account, followed by a return of the user’s funds to the account from which the user’s own funds on deposit were originally received. In case the account using the promotion has a current balance that is below the original starting balance, any losses made in the account shall be deducted from the user’s deposited funds and the remaining funds shall be remitted back to the client, via the same method as the mode of deposit
29. The Company’s decision in matters related to misuse/violation of the Deposit Bonus terms and conditions is final. All promotions offered by us are at the sole discretion of the company and no binding obligation is placed upon the company to negotiate any part/benefit/disadvantage of a promotion with users of the promotion including but not limited to its start/end dates, amounts, terms and conditions, availability to individual users/accounts or any other sub-component/condition
30. The Company reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to unilaterally modify or terminate this 50% Deposit Bonus Program or any of the Terms and Conditions included herein, at any time, without obtaining the Client’s consent. The company accepts no liability whatsoever for any losses/loss of profits resulting from such a change
31. The maximum term of the bonus is 12 months. At the end of the 12 month period, the bonus shall stand cancelled and be removed from the client’s account. Continued use of a Deposit Bonus beyond the 12 month period is at the sole discretion of the Company and the Company’s decision is final
